The expansion of the school complex requires a reorganisation of the schoolyard. Based on the participation of pupils in the form of a future workshop, a design was created with a zoning in three sub-areas: schoolyard of the play school (ages 4-5), schoolyard and roof schoolyard of the primary school. Numerous elements such as the amphitheatre, play equipment and furniture are preserved and reused in the interests of sustainability. The planting concept increases biodiversity, preserves existing trees and promotes shady planting of native trees in the schoolyards. The school playgrounds are especially equipped with elements that encourage movement for sliding, climbing, jumping, balancing and swinging. The roof schoolyard has its own climbing area for bouldering. A multi-sports area allows for various ball games. Nature experience and creativity can unfold in the area of the willow structure and within the quiet zones.
